About the Role:
Saharah International is looking for a Call Center Assistant (Arabic Speaking) with fluent Arabic-speaking skills to manage client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with customers, handling queries, converting leads into sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
Handle inbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and company social media pages
Follow up with leads and maintain communication logs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Answer product-related questions and provide support
Collaborate with the internal team for order handling and customer service
Maintain customer data records in CRM or Excel

💼 Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written preferred)
Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram for business purposes
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Friendly, confident, and persuasive attitude
