We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can transform complex business requirements into scalable healthcare technology solutions.
At T Zync, you'll work alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to design, document, and improve enterprise-grade Healthcare SaaS products and Revenue Cycle Management solutions. Your role will focus on gathering requirements, mapping workflows, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing product backlogs, and ensuring every feature delivers measurable business value.
If you have a strong background in Business Analysis, Healthcare SaaS, Revenue Cycle Management, Process Mapping, Jira, Confluence, SQL, API concepts, UAT, and stakeholder collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
