Location:
Madison Square Mall - Rawalpindi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Train, motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
3. Analyze sales Targets and financial reports to identify areas of improvement & achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and operations targets.
4. Maintain and meet shop's VM, administration, operations and financial targets, standards and KPI's.
5. Conduct weekly stock audit and manage inventory levels.
