🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee BSS operations (BTS, BSC, NodeB, eNodeB)
Ensure network performance, availability, and optimization
Lead troubleshooting, fault management, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and NOC
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical Engineering or relevant field
6–7 years of hands-on experience in BSS/network operations
Strong understanding of GSM / UMTS / LTE networks
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
