Description:

Synapsify is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career developer with a solid grasp of coding fundamentals and a passion for building interactive applications. You will work primarily with Unity and AR technologies while contributing to the full development lifecycle under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Develop, test, and maintain features for Unity-based and AR applications.

•     Write clean, maintainable code following established coding principles and design patterns.

•     Build and integrate native Unity plugins (Objective-C++) for platform-specific functionality.

•     Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices continuously.

•     Support web tools or backend services (MERN stack) that integrate with Unity / AR apps.

•     Assist with cross-platform mobile and web features using React where needed.

Required Qualifications:

•     Strong understanding of core coding principles (OOP, data structures, algorithms).

•     Working knowledge of common software design patterns.

•     Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•     Effective communication and willingness to learn.

Required Technical Skills:

•     Proficiency with the Unity engine and C#.

•     Experience developing or extending Unity plugins using Objective-C++.

•     Familiarity with building AR applications in Unity (e.g., AR Foundation, ARKit / ARCore).

•     Understanding of version control (Git).

Additional Skills:

•     Web development with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

•     Mobile development with React Native.

•     Experience with mobile build and distribution pipelines (iOS / Android).

•     Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
