Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Internal Audit to join our team at the production plant. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, evaluating operational efficiency, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements โ with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.

ย โข Conduct internal audits of plant operations, production processes, and inventory management.
ย โข Review financial and operational controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
ย โข Identify risk areas and suggest practical, process-based solutions.
ย โข Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
ย โข Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on improvements.
ย โข Collaborate with plant and head office teams to strengthen internal controls.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
ย โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA/CA Inter/CIA preferred).
ย โข 3โ5 years of relevant experience, ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐.
ย โข Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
ย โข Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
ย โข Sound understanding of production, procurement, and inventory processes.
