Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Internal Audit to join our team at the production plant. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, evaluating operational efficiency, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements — with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 (Transport available)

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Conduct internal audits of plant operations, production processes, and inventory management.

• Review financial and operational controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identify risk areas and suggest practical, process-based solutions.

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on improvements.

• Collaborate with plant and head office teams to strengthen internal controls.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (ACCA/CA Inter/CIA preferred).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁.

• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Sound understanding of production, procurement, and inventory processes.
