Position: Assistant Manager - Industrial Engineering

Role Summary:

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve production efficiency.

• Design and optimize line layouts to ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks.

• Enhance manpower and machine utilization across sewing operations.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive process improvements.

• Support automation and digital transformation projects within sewing operations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions for performance gaps.

• Develop and maintain accurate methods, standards, and process documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Sc. – Industrial/Textile Engineering.

• 03 – 04 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering/Process Improvement within a knitwear sewing setup.

• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen will be highly advantageous.
