We are looking for a motivated Assistant IE (Industrial Engineering) to support our production operations and improve efficiency through IE techniques and lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity through time & motion studies, workflow analysis, and layout planning.
* Perform SAM calculation and Line balancing for effective manpower utilization.
* Assist in implementing Lean methodologies to improve operational performance and reduce cost.
* Prepare and maintain reports related to IE activities and productivity improvements.
* Support production teams in achieving set KPIs and targets.
* Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions for process optimization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
* Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of IE experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, production planning, and IE techniques
* Strong analytical, documentation & problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
