Position: Assistant Brand Manager

📍 Location: Karachi, Tipu Sultan

🕒 Type: Full-Time, Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM

We're on the lookout for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Foundation Public School/ Head Start School Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative development and execution

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Assist in managing social media presence, content planning, and engagement strategies

- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Atleast 2 years of experience in brand/marketing roles 

- Agency experience is a plus

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools

- Passion for branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior
