Position: Assistant Manager - Centralised Planning (Processing)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Centralised Planning with strong experience in processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for centralized production planning, ensuring efficient coordination across processing units, optimized workflow, and timely order execution.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
* Develop and manage centralized production plans focusing on processing operations
* Oversee daily scheduling of processing activities including dyeing, washing, and finishing
* Coordinate with knitting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch teams for seamless operations
* Monitor production flow and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays
* Ensure optimal utilization of processing capacity and resources
* Align production schedules with delivery commitments and customer requirements
* Track KPIs, efficiency, and production targets across processing units
* Prepare reports, planning analysis, and maintain accurate documentation
* Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and wastage reduction initiatives
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols

* Strong knowledge of textile processing and centralized planning systems
