Executive - Reporting & Analytics

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of Executive - Reporting & Analytics, focused on data reporting and insights.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Head Office, Karachi.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc People & CX reports.

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of all outputs.

• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Create management reports, scorecards, and presentations for decision-making.

• Analyze customer feedback to identify key improvement drivers.

• Generate insights to improve employee experience, customer experience, and performance.

• Conduct trend, root cause, and performance analysis for decision support.

• Develop KPI scorecards across People & CX functions.

• Collaborate with People, CX, Operations, BI teams, and stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

• Support process improvement through data analysis and insights.

• Maintain reporting documentation and databases.

• Support management with insights, forecasts, and decision support.

• Perform additional reporting and analytical tasks as assigned by the management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or operations within the retail industry (mandatory).

• Strong command of Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI, and SQL (preferred).

• Good understanding of dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
