Job Overview:

We are seeking an active and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT software solutions to retail businesses, including malls and cash & carry stores. The role involves direct client interaction, product demonstrations, and closing deals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit malls, retail outlets, and cash & carry stores to generate leads

- Present and demonstrate company IT software to potential clients

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers

- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers

- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities

- Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in software or retail POS and ERP solutions.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with outdoor sales and frequent travel

- Basic understanding of POS systems / retail software (a plus)

- Self-motivated and target-oriented
