Speridian Technologies is hiring for the HR Coordinator role.

๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ
- Manage employee timesheets and attendance records.
- Handle resource allocation and utilization tracking.
- Coordinate month-end costing and related reporting activities.
- Administer leave management processes and records.
- Support training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
- Assist in performance goal setting and performance tracking.
- Monitor and track employee certifications and compliance requirements.
- Manage and maintain employee data within the O360 system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely updates in the ERP system.
- Generate reports and dashboards as required by management.
- Act as the focal point for ERP-related queries and internal resource management.

- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency.
