Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Junior Pattern Maker (GGT).
๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Head Office, Karachi.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:ย
๐ผ Develop basic garment patterns from design sketches, tech packs, and physical samples.
๐ผ Assist in pattern grading for all required sizes while ensuring accuracy.
๐ผ Support fit sessions by identifying fit issues and implementing necessary pattern corrections.
๐ผ Ensure garment comfort, proper fit, and shape consistency across all sizes.
๐ผ Coordinate with the Design, Sampling, and Production teams to achieve quality and production standards.
๐ผ Maintain pattern records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐ผ 2โ3 years of experience in pattern making, preferably in kidswear.
๐ผ Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit analysis.
๐ผ Understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
๐ผ Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
๐ผ Familiarity with pattern-making software/tools will be an added advantage.
