Skills Requirement: •Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok advertising, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms. •Sound technical knowledge of backend digital integrations, operations, and troubleshooting. •Strong grasp of & ability to develop channel specific strategies. •Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keeping to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure. •Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and optimizing digital media campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs. •Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions. •Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Leadership experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results. •A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems. •Good time-management skills.
