🚀 We’re Hiring: Funding & Investor Relations Manager (EU / UK / US)
📍 Remote – Pakistan | 🕒 Timings: 11 AM – 7 PM (PK Time)
ExactFlow (by Exact Solution Electronics) is looking for a driven and experienced Funding & Investor Relations Manager to support our fundraising efforts across the EU, UK, and US. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the CEO and play a key part in our growth journey.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
Build and manage a strong investor & strategic partner pipeline
Lead outreach to VCs, family offices, corporates & grant bodies
Coordinate pitch decks, financial models, one-pagers & data rooms
Manage investor meetings, follow-ups & briefing notes for the CEO
Identify and apply for EU/UK funding programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, Innovate UK, etc.)
Prepare grant applications and ensure timely submissions
Track pipeline progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Support due diligence processes with documentation & coordination
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
4–7+ years in VC, investment banking, corporate finance, startup fundraising, or EU/UK public grants
Proven experience raising funds (equity or grants) for tech/SaaS companies
Strong understanding of investor mechanics, cap tables, financial models
Excellent research, documentation & communication skills (English C1+)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage 300–500+ investor pipelines
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related fields
