📢 We’re Hiring — Warehouse Incharge | Islamabad (Full Time)

Rastgar Engineering is seeking a Warehouse Incharge to efficiently direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at our Islamabad facility.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Receiving & Inspection

 • Receive incoming materials, parts, and supplies

 • Verify quantities/quality against purchase orders

 • Report discrepancies and damaged items promptly

 • Ensure accurate labeling and placement in designated areas

2️⃣ Inventory Management

 • Maintain stock accuracy in the Store/Inventory Management System

 • Conduct regular stock counts and support audit activities

 • Organize materials for efficient storage and accessibility

3️⃣ Issuance & Order Fulfillment

 • Issue materials as per approved requisitions

 • Prepare and pack items for internal dispatch

 • Ensure accurate documentation for issued/returned goods

4️⃣ Store Maintenance

 • Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

 • Properly handle and store materials to avoid damage

 • Optimize storage layout for space utilization

5️⃣ Documentation & Record Keeping

 • Maintain GRNs, stock cards, issue slips, and ledger entries

 • Update system records promptly

 • Prepare stock movement reports as required

6️⃣ Coordination & Support

 • Coordinate with procurement, production & finance teams

 • Support team during peak workload and special tasks

🔹Requirements:

• Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or equivalent

 • 3 years experience in warehouse/store operations (manufacturing/industrial preferred)

 • Strong organizational & attention-to-detail skills

 • Familiarity with Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems

 • Physically fit for material handling

 • Good communication & problem-solving skills

 • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 • Age Limit: Up to 28 years
