Medical Billing Specialist – 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫

📍 Remote (Pakistan)

🕒 Full-Time | Evening Shift (5 PM – 2 AM, flexible)

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist with strong expertise in Endocrine Surgery Center billing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with endocrine surgical procedures, coding, claim submission, and denial management.

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

End-to-end RCM for Endocrine Surgery Center claims

Charge entry, coding verification, claim submission, payment posting

Managing denials, rejections, and appeals

Insurance eligibility & benefits verification

Working with Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payers

Coordinating with providers for accurate documentation

Maintaining clean claim rates and timely AR follow-up.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 2+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲 medical billing.

Strong knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 for endocrine procedures

 (Thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, endocrine oncology, etc.)

Understanding of payer-specific rules for endocrine surgeries

Experience with EHR/Billing software (Athena, Kareo, NextGen, AdvancedMD or similar)

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and deliver results.
