Managing email account creation on cPanel and G Suite/Google Workspace. 4. Data Security & Backup Performing regular data backups and ensuring all sensitive data is stored securely. Safeguarding IT assets, confidential credentials, system passwords, and company digital resources. 5. IT Procurement & Vendor Management Collecting pricing quotes for required IT hardware/software. Negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective pricing. Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment. Coordinating with internet service providers to maintain high-quality service. 6. Team Leadership & Operations Management Managing and guiding the IT support team to ensure efficient task execution. Assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and IT inventory records. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT management roles. Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP systems, switches, routers, and server configurations. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, cPanel, G Suite, and Microsoft Outlook.
