Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Facilities Management Department at Taj Residencia, a prominent real estate housing society in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background along with extensive experience of 10+ years in managing facilities for large-scale, well-known housing societies.

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee and direct all operational aspects of facility management, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.

·        Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance, safety, and security programs to enhance property longevity and quality.

·        Lead, mentor, and manage the facilities management team with clear KPIs and performance standards.

·        Liaise with senior management to align facility strategies with organizational goals.

·        Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards.

·        Ensure compliance with regulations of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and relevant building codes.

·        Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and installations.

·        Implement sustainable practices and innovative technologies to improve operations and reduce environmental impact.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

·        Minimum 10 years plus experience in facilities management within a large housing society or real estate environment.

·        Proven leadership and team management experience.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in facility management software and systems.

·        Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and building codes.

👉 Officers retired from MES (Military Engineering Services) will be preferred.
