Location: 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 & 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 No. of Positions: Two (2) - One at each station 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • To support the smooth functioning of Administration and Human Resources operations by ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and provision of efficient administrative services to employees and management in line with organizational policies and objectives. • Responsible to handle & monitor day to day administrative matters and provide administrative support i.e. fleet management, facilities management, safety and security of Company’s offices / installations in coordination with admin staff in the respective offices / Bulk Oil Terminals / Company Operated Sites. • Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members and ensure high standards of company discipline and code of conduct. • Liaison with Government offices for arranging various NOCs and managing necessary compliance and local administrative matters. • To investigate and address all breaches of company discipline promptly. • Facilitating and coordinating for arranging proposals for buying lands in the region based on requirements and finalizing the deals in coordination with Head Office. • Managing all owned and rental properties of APL in the region. • Responsible for acquiring new Office locations and making lease agreements based on requirements. • Submitting periodic reports to the Manager (Administration) related to administrative assignments. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in tendering processes, bidding documentation, and contract financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background along with hands-on experience in preparing financial documents for tenders (especially government/PSU tenders), handling commercial aspects, and supporting procurement and project teams from a financial perspective. Key Responsibilities: Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
