Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Executive to manage and grow our HoReCa customer base in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the food services industry, with a proven track record in developing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and executing product trials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services.

Achieve monthly sales targets through new client acquisition and retention of existing customers.

Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and menu presentations with chefs and kitchen staff.

Identify business opportunities and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

4–5 years of sales experience in HoReCa / Food Services segment (sauces, condiments, or food ingredients).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
