Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Assistant Manager Administration.
Education: Masters preferably in Public Administration
Experience: 7 to 10 Years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) in a leading role.
Location: ๐๐๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ข & ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ก๐ข
No. of Positions: Two (2) - One at each station
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
ย โข To support the smooth functioning of Administration and Human Resources operations by ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and provision of efficient administrative services to employees and management in line with organizational policies and objectives.
ย โข Responsible to handle & monitor day to day administrative matters and provide administrative support i.e. fleet management, facilities management, safety and security of Companyโs offices / installations in coordination with admin staff in the respective offices / Bulk Oil Terminals / Company Operated Sites.
ย โข Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members and ensure high standards of company discipline and code of conduct.
ย โข Liaison with Government offices for arranging various NOCs and managing necessary compliance and local administrative matters.
ย โข To investigate and address all breaches of company discipline promptly.
ย โข Facilitating and coordinating for arranging proposals for buying lands in the region based on requirements and finalizing the deals in coordination with Head Office.
ย โข Managing all owned and rental properties of APL in the region.
ย โข Responsible for acquiring new Office locations and making lease agreements based on requirements.
ย โข Submitting periodic reports to the Manager (Administration) related to administrative assignments.
