Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in tendering processes, bidding documentation, and contract financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background along with hands-on experience in preparing financial documents for tenders (especially government/PSU tenders), handling commercial aspects, and supporting procurement and project teams from a financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory requirements.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience in accounting with exposure to tendering/commercial processes.

Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
