Location: Lahore Key Responsibilities: - Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets in volume and value across the Central Region. - Ensure adequate stock cover across all distributors in line with commercial policies and business requirements. - Lead and manage the GT and LMT channels through a team of ASMs and TSMs, driving sales execution and business growth. - Develop and implement effective route plans to improve numeric and weighted distribution coverage across the region. - Ensure merchandising activities are executed through merchandisers and distributor sales teams as per defined standards, maximizing shelf space and effective product displays at trade outlets. - Conduct regular back-checking and market visits to identify business gaps and opportunities and improve pre- and post-sales execution by the sales team and TSOs. - Ensure distributors maintain adequate infrastructure, including warehouses, office facilities, vans, and salesforce, in line with business requirements. - Manage product complaints and ensure timely preparation and verification of distributor claims. - Coach and develop the sale and distributor teams to maintain high motivation, productivity, and execution standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 8–12 years of relevant sales experience, including experience in an Area Manager or team leadership role.
