Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT and data management activities.
Maintain company systems, hardware, software, and IT records.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve basic IT issues.
Manage digital data, documentation, and databases.
Ensure proper data entry, data organisation, and record maintenance.
Support digital communication and online platforms.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Prepare reports and assist management with IT and digital requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth IT and digital operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Previous experience in IT, data management, or administration will be an advantage.
