Quality Control Manager

WE’RE HIRING – QC MANAGER

Sukooon Wellness is looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead quality control activities and ensure product quality, safety, and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan – Sajjad Industrial Estate, Millat Road

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Quality Control activities and laboratory operations

Ensure quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable quality standards

Review and approve QC reports, test results, and laboratory documentation

Investigate quality deviations, out-of-specification results, and customer complaints

Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and Warehouse departments

Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and testing procedures

Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections

Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Lead, train, and supervise the QC team

Requirements

Pharm-D, M.Sc., or M.Phil. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in a managerial role

Experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Herbal, or FMCG manufacturing

Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, laboratory testing, and quality documentation

Experience in raw material and finished product testing

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and QC documentation systems
