Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is seeking a disciplined, vigilant, and experienced Deputy Manager - Security to oversee security operations in Karachi. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to protecting people, premises, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security operations, deployment, patrolling, and access control.

• Ensure effective protection of employees, visitors, materials, and company property.

• Identify security risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.

• Supervise security personnel, maintain discipline, and conduct regular briefings and training.

• Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure compliance with security procedures.

• Lead incident reporting, preliminary investigations, and emergency response coordination.

• Coordinate with management, relevant departments, and law enforcement agencies as required.

• Maintain accurate security records and recommend improvements to security arrangements.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in security management, preferably within an industrial or corporate environment.

• Proven ability to supervise security teams and respond effectively to challenging situations.

• Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance, asset protection, and emergency procedures.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.

• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, discipline, and accountability.
