We're hiring: SEO Specialist + Digital Content Writer | Islamabad I-10 (Onsite, Night Shift)

Virtelligence ( US Based), a global IT and healthcare technology consulting firm with 25+ years of experience, is growing its U.S.-focused marketing team. We're hiring two roles.

🔍 1. SEO Specialist (Mid-Level) | 3-5 years

✅ Run technical, on-page, and off-page SEO for U.S. healthcare IT and enterprise tech

✅ Build keyword strategy around the buyer journey, analyze competitors and content gaps, and refresh existing content

✅ Adapt to AI-driven search changes (AI Overviews, generative search)

Requirements:

🔹 Proven ranking, traffic, or lead results you can show with data

🔹 SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4

🔹 HTML/CSS and a CMS (WordPress or similar), plus strong analytical skills

🔹 AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for keyword clustering, research, and analysis, with the judgment to validate output

🔹 Certifications (preferred): GA4, SEMrush SEO Toolkit or Technical SEO, HubSpot SEO or Inbound Marketing

✍️ 2. Digital Content Writer | 3-5 years

✅ Write blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, emails, and LinkedIn content for U.S. enterprise buyers (CIOs, CTOs, healthcare executives)

✅ Turn input from experts, sales, and marketing into clear, search-optimized content, and repurpose it across channels

✅ Manage a content calendar, edit and proofread, and track performance to improve it

Requirements:

🔹 B2B technology, SaaS, or IT services writing experience

🔹 Long-form samples (case studies, whitepapers, technical blogs)

🔹 SEO basics, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot, WordPress

🔹 Certifications (preferred): HubSpot Content Marketing or Inbound Marketing, GA4, SEMrush Content Marketing

Both roles: Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong English. U.S. market exposure is a plus.
