BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a "Workshop & Sales Counter Parts Executive” in their Customer First Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Commerce / B.Tech or Equivalent
Experience:
3 – 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Location: Karachi
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting both workshop operations and counter sales by managing parts inquiries, issuing components accurately, and ensuring timely availability for vehicle repairs.
Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, offering the right parts recommendations, and using product knowledge to enhance the overall after-sales experience. Data reconciliation of all the inventory movements with Service & Finance team is also a key part of the role.
Further responsibilities include inventory control, proper documentation, and coordination with suppliers and OEMs to maintain smooth operations and stock accuracy. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, to ensure efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
