Are you passionate about driving growth through data-driven paid advertising? We're looking for a Performance Marketer with 4+ years of hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

🔹 What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.

Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.

Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Track and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversions.

Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to maximize campaign success.

Scale successful campaigns while managing advertising budgets effectively.

✅ Requirements

4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Media.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Solid understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and audience targeting.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

⭐ Bonus Skills

Experience with SaaS, E-commerce, or B2B campaigns.

Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization (CRO).

Familiarity with UTM tracking and attribution models.
