Funsol Technologies is looking for a Mobile App Ads Monetization Specialist to optimize advertising revenue across our Android and iOS applications. If you have hands-on experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, LevelPlay (IronSource), or similar ad mediation platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 1. Optimize ad revenue through mediation and bidding strategies.

 2. Manage AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, and LevelPlay (IronSource).

 3. Monitor eCPM, Fill Rate, ARPDAU, Impressions, and Revenue.

 4. Conduct A/B testing for ad placements and formats.

 5. Analyze monetization performance using Firebase, Google Analytics, and Excel.

 6. Collaborate with developers to implement monetization best practices.

 7. Ensure compliance with Google Play, App Store, and ad network policies.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 ● Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in mobile app monetization or digital advertising.

 ● Experience with AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, or IronSource/LevelPlay.

 ● Understanding of mediation, bidding, waterfall optimization, and ad performance.

 ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 ● Experience with Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.

 ● Good communication and teamwork skills.

⭐ Experience with gaming or utility apps.

⭐ Knowledge of Firebase Remote Config.

⭐ Understanding of user acquisition, app growth, and ASO.
