Warehouse Supervisor

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of  Warehouse Supervisor.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Fulfillment Center, Islamabad.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily warehouse operations.

o Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

o Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

o Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure timely replenishment.

o Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and monitor productivity.

o Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse policies.

o Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

o Monitor warehouse KPI’s such as inventory accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, order fulfillment, and stock loss.

o Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and inventory transactions.

o Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees.

o Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with health and safety regulations.

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

o Support the Warehouse Manager in process improvement initiatives and cost optimization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

o 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

o Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

o Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Microsoft AX/WMS systems.
