Are you passionate about troubleshooting technical issues and delivering exceptional customer support? We are looking for a VoIP Support Specialist to join our growing team and work remotely during UK business hours.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls through VoIP systems
✅ Troubleshoot VoIP connectivity, call quality, and configuration issues
✅ Provide timely and professional customer support
✅ Manage and update customer support tickets
✅ Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
✔ Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
✔ Technical troubleshooting experience
✔ Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
