TCS Private Limited is looking for "Visa Service Officer"
This position is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The role involves managing visa application submissions, providing customer service to applicants, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. The officer will oversee the smooth functioning of visa processes, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and maintain accurate record-keeping. Ensuring excellent client satisfaction and providing clear guidance regarding visa processes are key elements of this position.
Requirements:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address inquiries professionally.
Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University.
