🎯 Experience: 1–2 Years
We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist to generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and B2B outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant Upwork projects
• Create customized, compelling proposals
• Generate and qualify leads
• Communicate and follow up with potential clients
• Coordinate with the technical team on proposals and estimates
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and client responses
Requirements
• 1–2 years of Upwork bidding/business development experience
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Knowledge of Upwork and B2B outreach
• Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus
• Must be based in Faisalabad and willing to work on-site
