🚀 We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Islamabad | Fintech) – 4 to 6 Years Experience

We’re on a mission to revolutionize the financial landscape through seamless, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about designing products that simplify complex financial workflows.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Translate complex financial concepts into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to design solutions that are not only beautiful but highly functional.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply data-driven insights to improve design decisions.
Help evolve and maintain our design system for a consistent experience across platforms.
Stay on top of fintech trends and best practices in product design.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or related domains (banking, trading, payments, etc.).
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes and user-centered thinking.
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Deep understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Strong communication skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate across disciplines.
Experience working in Agile or product-led environments.
💡 Bonus If You Have:
Experience designing dashboards, financial data visualizations, or complex user flows.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working with frontend teams closely.
Familiarity with security and compliance UX considerations in fintech.
