We Are Hiring – Training Executive (BPO)
Sybrid Private Limited is looking for a Training Executive to join our dynamic team!
Position: Training Executive – BPO
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Location: Islamabad
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience in BPO training (TNI/TNA, onboarding, nesting support, etc.)
Ability to create training content and deliver effective sessions
Familiarity with AI-driven training tools will be a plus
Excellent command over MS Office and reporting
Ability to manage groups and maintain training discipline
Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and refresher training
Identify training gaps and improve performance
Support floor operations during nesting
Maintain training dashboards and reports
Collaborate with HR & Operations for training needs
