Job Title: Trade Accounts Executive

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Prepare and process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking transactions.

* Coordinate with banks regarding remittances, Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and other trade-related banking matters.

* Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately in the ERP/accounting system.

* Prepare journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.

* Monitor customer collections and vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

* Maintain records of trade-related financial transactions and supporting documents.

* Handle email correspondence with vendors, customers, shipping lines, and banks regarding invoices, payments, statements of account, shipping schedules, and other business matters.

* Prepare financial and management reports as required.

* Maintain organized filing of accounting and business records.

* Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum **2–5 years** of relevant experience in a trading company.

* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

* Good understanding of trade finance, including LC, TT, and international payment processes.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/accounting software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in an international trading company.

* Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, AutoCount, SQL Accounting, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
