H-Tech Supports is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (L1) in Lahore (Gulberg).
๐ก ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ๐๐ ๐ซ๐:
ยท Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
ย ยท Research and diagnose problems with systems, software, and hardware
ย ยท Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
ย ยท Collaborate with internal teams for escalation and resolution
ย ยท Maintain accurate records and reports of issue resolution
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
ยท Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
ย ยท 0โ6 months of experience in IT support or technical roles (fresh graduates welcome!)
ย ยท CCNA certification or course completion will be considered a strong plus
ย ยท Strong problem-solving and communication skills
ย ยท Ability to document technical processes and solutions

ยท Monday to Friday (11 AM โ 8 PM)
ย ยท Saturday (Work from Home)
