Job Title: *Technical Support & Customer Service Specialist (Printers & E-commerce)*
Job Location: *Islamabad (On site)*

Job Description:
We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for a Technical Support & Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in both technology and customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience supporting customers, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge — especially with printers (Epson preferred).

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role for a U.S.-based company.
Fluent in spoken and written English (must have clear communication).
Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
Strong “Can Do” attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Attention to detail and ability to work without supervision.
Fast learner and quick to adapt to new tools/systems.
Knowledge of printers: setup, driver installation, troubleshooting (Epson printers preferred).
Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Processing orders and managing customer queries via Shopify.
Troubleshooting Epson printers and assisting customers with setup and common technical issues.
Responding to customer questions and concerns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
