We’re Hiring – Technical Recruiter (Onsite, Islamabad)

NCRi is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Islamabad.
Location: Onsite (Islamabad)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to bring the best talent onboard. Experience in global recruitment will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
- Build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
- Use job boards, social media, and networks to attract talent
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment (technical recruitment preferred)
- Global recruitment experience is a plus
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
