Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2+ years
Location: Evacuee Trust Complex Islamabad,( onsite JOB).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technical programs/projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and blockers—proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure technical standards and best practices are upheld across all projects.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Participate in and contribute to client meetings, providing technical insights and updates.
- Work under pressure and effectively manage tasks with tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of hands-on project management experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background (e.g., BS in Computer Science, IT field).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications.
