We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Medical Billing (Lab Billing Experience Preferred)
Location: Rawalpindi, Bahria Town Phase 4 (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead – Medical Billing role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Team Lead – Medical Billing to join our growing healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the same role and a strong understanding of US medical billing processes — with lab billing experience considered a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the medical billing team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee claim submissions, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and denial management.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor team members for performance excellence.
Prepare and present regular performance and billing reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead – Medical Billing role.
Strong knowledge of US RCM processes.
Lab billing experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
