Mywater Pakistan is seeking a Team Lead – Customer Experience & Delight Center to drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Experience & Delight Center team to deliver exceptional service

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to maintain high service standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns promptly

• Leverage customer feedback and trends to improve service offerings

• Drive initiatives that build a strong customer-centric culture

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field

• Proven experience in leading customer service/experience teams (FMCG or Technology preferred)

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication in English & Urdu (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM systems and analytics tools
