#Hiring Team Lead – CRM and VAS Services

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead – CRM and VAS Services to join our technology team, responsible for leading CRM and VAS operations, driving innovation, and ensuring smooth service delivery across our platforms. The role will ensure reliable operations of SMSC, SIP channels, VAS services, dashboards, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in telecom systems, practical development skills in Node.js and PHP, and proven leadership capabilities to guide teams, enhance platforms, and deliver innovative customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CRM and VAS development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee integration, configuration, and performance of SMSC gateways, SIP-based communication channels, and VAS platforms.
- Drive the development and maintenance of in-house CRM systems aligned with business needs.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on Node.js, PHP, APIs, and backend services.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot SMSC, SIP, and VAS service platforms to ensure uptime and performance.
- Manage dashboards and reporting systems for actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver innovative CRM and VAS solutions.
- Build and maintain advanced dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics systems.
- Identify system gaps and recommend automation, modernization, or adoption of new technologies.
- Drive continuous improvements across platforms focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Mentor and upskill team members in modern development practices, CRM, and VAS technologies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SMSC, SIP protocols, telecom signaling, and VAS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB.
- Experience with CRM systems (custom-built and integrations).
- Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and web service integrations.
- Expertise in dashboards & reporting tools (BI tools, JS frameworks, or custom solutions).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, cloud platforms).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM/VAS platforms, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering technology-driven solutions.
