About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Taxi Dispatcher with at least 1 year’s iCabbi experience to handle bookings, allocate jobs, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer bookings and calls via the iCabbi system.
Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers based on location and availability.
Monitor live driver activity and resolve issues in real-time.
Ensure excellent customer communication and service quality.
Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience with iCabbi dispatching.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
