Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates using various platforms and channels.
• Plan and coordinate interviews and selection procedures.
• Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events.
• Develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
• Effectively manage recruitment tasks with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements:
• Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
