📢 We're Hiring – Supply Chain Manager

Sukooon Wellness is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and eCommerce operations to ensure seamless inventory management, warehousing, procurement, and order fulfillment.

📍 Location: Plot 60, Sajjad Industrial Estate, Millat Road, Faisalabad

💼 Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics

✔ Ensure accurate inventory planning and control for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods

✔ Oversee warehouse operations and maintain optimum stock levels using FIFO/FEFO principles

✔ Manage eCommerce inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment across online marketplaces and retail channels

✔ Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, and Logistics teams

✔ Develop demand forecasting and inventory replenishment plans to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory

✔ Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, warehouse efficiency, and logistics performance

✔ Implement ERP/WMS best practices to improve operational efficiency and reporting

✔ Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

✔ Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operational costs

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or eCommerce industries

✔ Strong knowledge of procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution

✔ Experience managing finished goods inventory and online order fulfillment (Shopify, Daraz, WooCommerce, marketplaces, etc.) will be highly preferred

✔ Strong command of MS Excel, ERP, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
