Instructional Designer (Project-Based | Remote)

Location: TMUC H-11/4, Islamabad (Remote | Project-Based)

The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), Pakistan is seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality online and distance learning courses. This is a project-based remote opportunity for professionals passionate about designing engaging, learner-centered educational content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials for online and blended learning programs.

Create engaging learning experiences aligned with learning outcomes and industry best practices.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform content into interactive digital courses.

Develop storyboards, assessments, multimedia learning resources, and course activities.

Ensure courses comply with quality standards for Open and Distance Learning (ODL).

Review and update existing course content to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.

Coordinate with academic and production teams to ensure timely project completion.

Eligibility Criteria

Master's (18 years of education) or PhD degree from an HEC-recognized university.

3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Open & Distance Learning (ODL).

Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

Experience in the higher education sector will be preferred.
